About Map AI
Map AI is a location intelligence platform that provides complete coverage of the US territory, nationwide. It turns public statistics, traffic counts, points of interest, and other relevant data into a map you can actually read, as well as into answers: how a neighborhood — down to the 1-mile cell — scores on health, income, education, housing, and commuting; who lives and drives inside a trade area that you designated; how two addresses compare, and what revenue a location could realistically support.
The product is operated by Ticon, Inc., a traffic data analytics company whose products include TrafficZoom, C-Site Insight, as well as Traffic Intelligence reports. Ticon tools provide comprehensive, joint analysis of key transportation, demographic and socioeconomic metrics, supporting evidence-based evaluation of transportation and infrastructure management measures, including signal timing optimization and intersection improvements, with real-world applications demonstrating corridor delay reductions of up to 50%.

Where the data comes from
Every metric on Map AI comes from a verified source. We do not generate demographic data ourselves — we collect it from multiple sources, cross-verify and filter it, normalize it to a common geography, and put it on a map.
